We were monitoring Michael Vick and his progress throughout the game against the New York Giants and ALMOST had a six week relief of duty. Original diagnoses of the injury was a BROKEN hand, but after further review, it was just a bruised hand. We all know how painful that can be… The team of doctors and medical staff were trying hard to ensure that Michael Vick was as comfortable as possible during his recovery. This weeks battle is with the San Fransisco Forty Niners and the defensive unit is ready to attack Michael Vick and that right hand as often as possible.

Remember, during the post game interview of Michael Vick, he was mentioning that the referee’s were not flagging the ‘hits’ that were illegal during the game. We all know that the referee’s do allow for hits to occur on Michael Vick during the game, it’s just the humane thing to do. It’s second nature to look the other way when it’s Michael Vick feeling the pressure. It will be very interesting to see if Michael Vick’s whining will pay off during this week 4 match up. I am willing to bet at least 3 flags will be thrown for hitting the quarterback late, since this game is being played in Philadelphia!
